Christmas without Folashade, is not complete at all, but that is what it is and I shall live with it. I enjoyed having some family around, attending church, reading the Bible and of course the pleasure of opening presents. But I enjoyed more of the giving of presents and watching my wife and daughters opening them.
I spent some of the day telephoning relatives and wishing them well, I received some shocking news about a friend who was involved in an accident earlier in the week. But the good news is that she is recovering.
I shed some tears at the thought of missing my twin, I could give anything to bring her back, but there is a time and season for everything. I must comfort myself with the thought that she is in God's presence awaiting our glorious reunion.
Now am watching Downtown Abbey a fine costume drama I am enjoying it and I am sure Folashade would have enjoyed it. Folashade, I wish you a Happy Christmas, it is not the same without you!
