Departure...

It is our final day at Swanwick, where we have a very interesting and productive staff conference. For me it has been a mixture of so many meetings, dinning hall being the only opportunity to meet staff, but it has been hard as I have had to retreat to my shell quite a few times. I am happy to be off home today, to re-establish my old routine and navigate the way forward.

I have counselling later today, am quite sure that in the next few weeks the need for regular counselling will end so am making the best use of the time. My local Church as contributed towards the costs of the counselling for which am extremely grateful. I have one of the kindest and most understanding pastors in the world, he has been a source of strength and support to my family in the past and in present times.

I am due in the conference hall, very soon, so must sign off, ooooh the fire alarm bell!!!
