"I could have wept as I read your blog just now - you are truly passing through grief even though your twin sis. died quite a while back. I think that may explain why your own prayer letters have "dried up" of late. It must be really hard to keep going and to give out continually in FI and other ministry when your heart is still so "wintry".I believe it speaks for itself.
I hope and pray that Dave and Bob are understanding and supportive.
I wonder if another difficult factor is that many Christians you may know are so strong on God's healing in every circumstance, leaving no room for the mystery of why some are healed and yet others are not (though going to be with the Lord is His healing in another sense).
Some of this "theology" lays a lot of guilt feelings on the loved ones who prayed and agonized with faith, and yet healing was not granted. I feel that sometimes when I have to be honest and tell folk that I still have pain and some measure of disability, despite having been prayed for several times."
"A diary, trying to describe a twin's personal and daily journey through grief in order to help others ...…. hoping with time it becomes a celebration of a unique life."

From An Old Friend
I am very grateful for one of the comments I received from a close and former work colleague from Scotland and wish to share it with you:
