Life Is So Refreshing….

I have just emerged from the shower, washing away with hot water, the grit, dirt and sweat from my gym routine, I feel refreshed and ready to have a go. I must confess that today was more of a prayer session than a gym session. I prayed through the pain and boring routine of exercise and it worked!

While I was at the gym a cousin of mine from Denmark called today, at least I think it was her she has been trying to speak to me for a while, and has phoned the home telephone several times. I am sorry I missed her, but the truth is that for a good while now I find it difficult to answer our land line telephone, I simply let it ring and ring.

Initially there was a good reason for this, most of my work is carried out at home and I have an office telephone in my small office, I decided answering the home telephone will offer distractions and give and indication that am available for social discussions and fellowship of that variety. But now I think it has more to do with my grieving.

The days are moving so fast, I have just realised that I travel abroad in the next few days for the funeral of my brother-in-law's mother's burial (Folashade's husband). It will, however, be a working holiday, although there will be much time for reflection. So lots of ground to cover before I make my exit from the shores of this kingdom. Pray for me, above all I value it!

I just realised that 7 people have clicked on to the adverts in my blog, raising about a pound for Charity (to be determined in my twin's memory), please imagine what it could raise for charity if the more than 700 who had visited had remembered to click on the adverts? Kindly click on the adverts, no purchase necessary. lol
